This restriction is particularly important when using AI-enabled tools, chat features, open-text fields, email, or other systems operated in whole or in part by third-party technology providers.

5. Sources of Personal Information

We may obtain personal information from the following sources:

5.1 Directly from you

We may receive information from Kajabi and other providers that support our business operations, including website and application hosting, e-commerce and checkout, payment processing, account authentication, course and content delivery, email and marketing communications, scheduling and videoconferencing, customer relationship management, forms and surveys, analytics and performance monitoring, cloud storage and collaboration, artificial intelligence and automated tools, and security, fraud prevention, and technical support.

We may receive business contact information, professional information, referrals, and publicly available information from clients, prospective clients, business partners, event organizers, social media platforms, company websites, public directories, and other legitimate sources.

6. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information for the purposes described below.

6.1 Providing and administering the Services

We may use information to create, authenticate, and administer accounts; provide courses, content, resources, tools, and digital products; deliver strategic advising and implementation support; conduct assessments, workshops, webinars, meetings, and events; personalize content and recommendations; track course or program participation; respond to requests, questions, and support needs; maintain records of our relationship with you; and carry out obligations under our agreements.

6.2 Processing purchases and payments

We may use transaction and billing information to process and confirm purchases; administer payment plans and subscriptions; send receipts, invoices, and payment notices; manage renewals, cancellations, refunds, and account access; address failed payments, disputes, and chargebacks; detect potentially fraudulent or unauthorized transactions; and maintain accounting, tax, and financial records.

Payment-card transactions are generally handled through third-party platforms and payment processors. Their collection and processing of payment information are governed by their own privacy policies and contractual terms.

6.3 Communicating with you

We may use contact and account information to send service, account, and transaction notices; course, workshop, event, or meeting communications; responses to questions or support requests; updates concerning products, features, schedules, or policies; security, legal, or administrative notices; and marketing and promotional communications, as permitted by applicable law.

6.4 Improving and developing our business

We may use information to understand how the Services are accessed and used; evaluate course, content, product, and tool performance; improve user experience, functionality, and delivery methods; develop new Services, resources, and business tools; conduct internal research, analysis, testing, and quality assurance; generate aggregated or de-identified business insights; diagnose technical issues; and plan and manage business operations.

6.5 Supporting AI-enabled and automated features

Where applicable, we may process information to receive and respond to prompts or questions; generate analyses, recommendations, summaries, or other outputs; supplement educational, advisory, or implementation resources; operate and administer AI-enabled tools; monitor performance, misuse, security, and technical issues; evaluate and improve the usefulness of our tools and workflows; and develop business resources using aggregated, de-identified, or appropriately authorized information.

6.6 Marketing and business development

Subject to applicable law, we may use information to send information about Services, events, resources, and opportunities; identify content or Offerings that may be relevant to you; measure email and campaign performance; maintain communication preferences; conduct business development and relationship management; and develop audiences for advertising or promotional activities where such tools are implemented.

6.7 Security, enforcement, and legal compliance

We may use information to protect accounts, systems, users, and Company property; prevent, investigate, and respond to fraud, unauthorized access, security incidents, or illegal conduct; enforce our Terms of Service and other agreements; protect our intellectual property and proprietary business resources; establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; respond to lawful requests and legal process; comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements; and protect the rights, safety, and property of HUB, our users, and others.

7. AI and Generative AI Data Considerations

7.1 Use of AI in our operations

Elevator Strategic Hub may use generative AI and other automated technologies internally and in connection with the Services. AI may assist with research, drafting, summarization, analysis, content development, customer support, administration, or the preparation of educational and strategic resources.

We may also offer AI-enabled tools that allow users to interact with HUB’s proprietary frameworks, assessments, methodologies, content, knowledge, and strategic guidance.

7.2 Third-party AI providers

Some AI-enabled features may depend on third-party model providers, hosting providers, application developers, integrations, or other technology companies. Information submitted through those features may be transmitted to and processed by those providers for the purpose of operating, securing, or supporting the applicable technology.

The provider involved, the configuration selected, and the applicable contractual terms may affect how information is stored, retained, reviewed, or otherwise processed. Third-party providers maintain their own privacy and security practices, which HUB does not control.

7.3 User responsibility for AI inputs

Do not enter sensitive, regulated, privileged, highly confidential, or unnecessary personal information into an AI-enabled tool unless:

  1. The submission is specifically authorized by HUB for the relevant purpose;
  2. You have authority to provide the information;
  3. Providing it does not violate a law, contract, professional duty, or third-party right; and
  4. The information is reasonably necessary to use the applicable feature.

When possible, remove names and other identifying details, use generalized or de-identified information, and limit inputs to what is necessary.

7.4 AI outputs and interaction records

Depending on the tool and platform configuration, HUB or its providers may process or retain prompts, inputs, outputs, feedback, technical logs, and usage records. We may use those records to provide the feature, maintain security, investigate misuse, troubleshoot errors, evaluate performance, and improve our Services. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose, and should not be treated as professional advice or a substitute for independent judgment.

We do not represent that every AI interaction will remain confidential or be processed exclusively within systems controlled by HUB. If your engagement requires specific confidentiality, data-handling, or retention commitments, those commitments must be addressed in a separate written agreement.

Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is not a universally accepted standard for responding to those signals, the Services may not respond to traditional Do Not Track settings. Where required by applicable law and technically supported, we will process recognized opt-out preference signals in accordance with legal requirements.

11. Email and Marketing Communications

We may send you transactional, account, course, event, administrative, or service-related messages when necessary to manage our relationship with you. These communications are not necessarily promotional, and you may not be able to opt out of them while maintaining an active account, purchase, or engagement.

12. Third-Party Platforms, Integrations, and Links

The Services may be hosted on, integrated with, or accessible through third-party platforms. For example, Kajabi may support e-commerce, course delivery, account access, email, and the white-labeled Elevator Strategic Hub mobile application.

Other third parties may support payments, scheduling, videoconferencing, analytics, email, artificial intelligence, social media, cloud storage, and related functions. Those providers may collect information directly from you or receive information from HUB as necessary to perform their services.

Third-party websites, applications, and platforms are governed by their own privacy policies and terms. HUB does not control and is not responsible for their independent privacy practices, security measures, content, availability, or data-handling decisions.

A link or integration does not necessarily indicate that HUB endorses every practice of the third party.

13. Social Media and Public Content

When you interact with HUB through a social media platform, podcast platform, video platform, public forum, or similar service, the platform may independently collect and process information under its own privacy policy.

Information you post publicly may be visible to other users and may be copied, shared, indexed, or retained by third parties. Do not post confidential, sensitive, or proprietary information in public comments, forums, social media interactions, or other publicly accessible areas.

We may receive messages, comments, public profile information, and engagement data when you interact with our accounts or content. We process information we receive through those interactions in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

HUB generally addresses permissions for the commercial use of a person’s testimonial, name, image, likeness, or recording through appropriate consent, release, engagement terms, or other authorization as HUB deems appropriate under the circumstances.

14. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards that we consider reasonable and appropriate given the nature of the information we process and the scope of our operations.

However, no website, mobile application, email transmission, AI system, database, cloud service, or other method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that personal information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, lost, or destroyed without authorization.

  • The purposes for processing;
  • Legal limitation periods;
  • Tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations;
  • Security, fraud-prevention, and dispute considerations; and
